Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship within Australia only.

Our shipping rates are:

• Standard shipping: $11 AUD

• Free standard shipping: Orders of $100 AUD or more

• Express shipping: $15 AUD

Shipping options and costs are confirmed at checkout.

Preorders and Dispatch Times

Many products at Mark Davis Collections are available on preorder.

Preorder merchandise has an estimated dispatch timeframe of 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed dispatch date.

Delivery time is additional to the preorder period.

Please note that selecting express shipping does not shorten the production or preorder timeframe.

Orders Containing Multiple Products

If your order contains multiple items, they may be dispatched together once all items are ready.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional production or shipping delays may occur.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we'll contact you with an update and available options.

If your order cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe, you may be entitled to cancel and receive a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
